We recently celebrated Blair’s First Birthday and Baby B was definitely showered with lots of love throughout her entire birthday month! In the few months leading up to Blair’s birthday, Ryan and I started talking about what we wanted to give to her as a gift! If you are a parent yourself, I am sure you also have a nice collection of toys that your child has been gifted for holidays and such! Therefore, we both decided to shy away from the smaller “toys” and splurge on 1 larger item-the Doona Trike!
I have to say, I am ecstatic that we did this and I feel like a First Birthday is the perfect time to gift your babe a larger item like this as opposed to a ton of smaller toys or items.
