No-Bake Energy Bites

Alright… I’m not going to lie to you, but let’s just say that this particular snack did not last very long in our house! Since becoming pregnant, I feel like I am starving 24/7 and am constantly on the hunt for a snack that’s easy to grab. Let’s face it, no one has time to prepare or cook an elaborate snack when you’re eating every 2 hours, right?! Haha. Especially if you are trying to keep your food choices relatively healthy! So, I started making these No-Bake Energy Bites a few weeks ago and so far, they have been a huge hit!

These have been so great to keep in the fridge for when I need a little something to curb my afternoon munchies or to bring with me on-the-go. They’re loaded with protein, fiber, and healthy fats which will help keep you full and energized throughout the day. The best part? They almost taste like a dessert despite how healthy they actually are!

This recipe is super quick and easy to whip up and you don’t even have to turn on your oven to make them! I also love that this recipe is so versatile and you can kind of customize it to your liking. I have tried a few variations myself, such as adding cocoa powder, shredded coconut, nuts, etc. and they come out delicious every time! Feel free to make this one your own.
